Sharefox is a white-label B2B SaaS platform that powers equipment and vehicle rental businesses with a complete end-to-end solution. From online booking portals to inventory and subscription management, Sharefox enables rental companies to run efficient, scalable, and digital-first operations. Internally dubbed the “Shopify for Rentals,” their platform supports industries like car & trailer rental, self-storage, tools/machinery, and sports equipment rentals.
When Sharefox approached us in mid-2025, they had a strong product and a growing footprint across the Nordics, but outbound sales were not a structured part of their pipeline. Most growth was fueled by inbound leads, referrals, and brand presence in Norway.
Their goal: accelerate international expansion starting with Sweden, Denmark, and the UK, and then target niche verticals within the rental and self-storage spaces across the EU and the East Coast.
Sharefox had a product built for scale, but lacked a predictable outbound engine. They needed to cut through the noise in a fragmented rental software market, connect with decision-makers in SMBs and mid-sized firms, and generate demand in under-penetrated markets without stretching internal sales resources.
